Capability Description
The registration covers the production, testing, and supply of extruded sections, which are used in auto industries, household appliances manufacturing industries, architectural, electrical, electronic, transport, consumer durable, and hardware industries.

The extruded profiles are developed and supplied as per customer drawings and applicable Indian/International Standards.
The sections are supplied in straight and long shapes, which are cut to customer-specified sizes. The range of section sizes includes 5 to 100 mm circumscribed circle diameter and many forms of packaging. The used technologies include melting in oil fired tilting type reverberatory melting furnaces, DC casting, saw cutting, die ovens, billet heaters, hot extrusion, quenching in air/water/fog, stretching, final cutting, aging and shrink wrapping to protect the surface in transit. Ancillary facilities include turning, milling, and grinding. The testing equipment in the Quality assurance laboratory are CCD based Spectrometer, Universal Testing Machine, Vickers cum Brinell Hardness Tester, Macro Etching, Heat Treatment, Rockwell Hardness Testers, Conductivity Meter, Ageing Furnace, all standard length measuring instruments.
Plant & Machineries
Cast House
The Company is backward integrated with its own aluminum alloy billet casting facilities. The company has a 3MT bath capacity oil-fired tilting type melting-cum-holding furnace. The Hot Top Casting machine is capable to cast 135 mm diameter billets up to 6.5-meter length in various aluminum alloys like IS 19000, IS19501, IS 63400, IS 63401, IS64430, IS 65032, AA 6061, AA 6082, etc.
Molten metal treatment is done using granular fluxes followed by the degassing process by eco-friendly Nitrogen injection. The molten metal is tested for any hydrogen entrapment prior to casting to enhance superior billet quality.
Alloy Composition is determined using direct reading Vacuum Emission Spectrometer. Modification of alloy is done online if required and grain refinement is carried out using AlTiB rods/salt to ensure fine grains and better extrudability of the alloy. The precious casting temperature control further enhances the billet quality.
Extrusion Shop
The Extrusion shop is equipped with a 1000 MT capacity PLC controlled Press Line capable of extruding aluminum profiles up to 120 mm CCD in various alloys. The billets are pre-heated using 250 KW Induction Billet Heater with precise temperature control with a tolerance of ±5°C, enhancing better product quality w.r.t finishing, analyzability, and mechanical properties. The production line is equipped with a 96KW electrical aging furnace for artificial aging treatment to desired mechanical properties.
Die Shop
The company is equipped with a die correction shop with a team of experienced technicians. The die correction shop is backward integrated with the Salt Bath Nitriding system.
Quality Lab
The company has established a full-fledged state of art quality laboratory to ensure each piece that leaves its premises passes all the quality parameters up to the standard. The laboratory is equipped with a 10 KN capacity Universal Testing Machine, Vickers cum Brinell Hardness Tester, vacuum emission spectrometer, Rockwell hardness tester, and conductivity meter.
